As Interim Senior HR Manager you will have an influencing role within the HR Delivery team reviewing the structure and operational efficiencies of the team. You will be working in partnership with Senior Management to implement and embed the people strategy, ensuring it meets the organisations strategic objectives.
What youll be doing:
Provide expert advice and support on all areas of complex ER casework.
Partner with other Senior HR Managers to drive the continuous improvement of HR delivery processes and systems, driving efficiency and service excellence.
Lead, coach and develop the HR Delivery Team.
Promote best practice within the HR function and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
