An award-winning National House builder is looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in Rugby.
The Role:
As an experienced Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for managing a new build housing project in Rugby. The homes are mid-range quality, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms (semi and detached), with an average sale price of £220,000.
You will manage the site within a set build program, ensuring completion within budget and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting toolbox talks, maintaining records according to the program, and overseeing health and safety on-site. This involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safe systems of work, and performing weekly audits. You will also control and monitor resources, including materials and subcontractors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate site records.
The Company:
A leading National Housebuilder constructing approximately 14,500 houses annually across the UK. Established over 45 years ago, with over 28 regional operating companies, building sites from Scotland to the South West of England.
The Person:
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Manager in a similar new build housing environment or within a housing developer. Essential qualifications include CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid certification, strong IT skills, and a valid driving license.
