About the Team / Role
This role supports the execution of our global Total Rewards strategy in Europe, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and maintains market competitiveness through rigorous data analysis. As a key advisor to senior leadership, the Manager will provide deep market analytics to guide executive decisions and manage critical stakeholder relationships. This individual is responsible for driving transformation within the rewards function, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring full compliance with navigating European laws and regulations. Manage one Employee Benefits Specialist.

How you’ll make an impact
Compensation
· Support the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market best practices.
· Review and analyze market benchmarking data, to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity across our European markets.
· Trusted compensation advisor to senior leaders across the region.
· Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government requirements related to compensation, including minimum wage increases, mandatory bonus schemes, and profit sharing.
· Manage regional commission plans
· Manage bonus eligibility for various leave types (e.g. Parental)
· Manage France's Profit Sharing program.
· Oversee LTIP annual tax return lodgement (vested shares & conversion) across the regions.
· Lead and administer benefits programs across Europe.
· Oversee UK Private Medical Insurance (PMI).
· Manage French benefits, including RTT and restaurant tickets.
· Implement and manage auto-enrollment pension in Ireland.
· Manage buy/sell holiday programs.
· Provide deep market insights and analytics to support executive decision-making.
Compliance
· Ensure compliance with mandatory increases across Europe.
· Oversee country-specific pay equity and gender pay reporting requirements (e.g., Ireland).
· Lead and adhere to compliance with GDPR and other European regulations.
· Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
Experience you’ll bring
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data.
* Proven expertise in navigating complex regional labor laws and regulations.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Workday.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or relevant certifications (eg. CCP or GRP)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, global corporation.
* Fluency in a European language would be advantageous but not essential
* Experience with equity and long-term incentive plans.
* Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, with significant experience in Europe.
