Our client, a well-established and highly regarded national housebuilder, is searching for an energetic and motivated Sales Development Manager to join their successful North East team. The Opportunity
No two days are the same in this exciting site-based role. Youll be the welcoming face of a beautiful new homes development, guiding buyers through one of the biggest and most exciting decisions of their lives. From first impressions in the sales office to handing over the keys, youll create an exceptional customer journey every step of the way.
Youll have the freedom to manage your development, drive sales performance, and make a real impact all while working within a supportive, ambitious, and people-focused environment.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing the day-to-day sales operation on site
* Welcoming potential buyers and showcasing high-quality new homes
* Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional experience
* Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to completion
* Driving sales performance and achieving targets
* Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
* Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records

Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to work towards targets and sales KPIs
* Organised with good IT and administrative skills
* Sales experience within property, hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or premium customer service is highly desirable
