Role Overview:
To generate new business, retain existing customers, and maximise profitability through proactive customer engagement, strategic selling, and effective territory management.
Key Objectives:
1. Lead generation and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
2. Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling, and cross-selling solutions.
3. Onboarding & Activation: Ensure new customers are successfully onboarded and activated, maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
4. Margin & Share of Wallet Growth: Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
5. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
6. Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
7. Reporting & Feedback: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
