Position
Site Manager – 10‑month contract to work on a small extension to a school project in Chippenham.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead site operations for the 10‑month contract, manage work on a small extension to a school project, and coordinate with the main contractor to ensure the job runs in a live environment.
Requirements
Candidates must have worked for a main contractor on projects within a live environment in the past. The successful candidate must have a hands‑on approach and be locally based in Chippenham. Candidates must hold SMSTS, a CSCS Card (Black or White CSCS Card), and First Aid certification, and be from a trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
Schedule
Start date: 13th July 2026. Project duration until Easter 2027.
Compensation
Paid through UMBRELLA PAYE, with rates enhanced to cover this role.
