Key Responsibilities
* Compliance: Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure absolute safeguarding compliance.
* Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, from posting adverts to coordinating interview days.
* Data Integrity: Using the school’s MIS (SIMS/Arbor) to maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant personnel files.
* Absence Tracking: Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating return-to-work documentation.
Salary & Contract Details
* Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale)
* Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
