Pay: Starting from £120 - £125 per shift (dependent on experience)

We are a long-standing, respected contractor delivering fencing, barriers, traffic management, and infrastructure services across the UK. Our projects range from local highways to major national infrastructure. This role focuses on works around the M25 and connecting routes.

What We Expect
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Valid CSCS card
* Ability to work well in a small team
* Fit for manual work and able to pass a Safety Critical Medical and Night Worker assessment
* Willingness to work both day and night shifts
* Flexibility to work away during the week (accommodation and subsistence provided)
* Motorway or construction experience is beneficial, but not essential
About the Role
You'll be part of a 2–3 person crew, supporting the repair, maintenance, and installation Vehicle Parapets and associated services. You'll help load and unload materials, assist skilled installers, and gradually develop the knowledge to lead your own gang. The role is physical, outdoors, and fast-paced, but it offers a clear route to a skilled trade with long-term stability.
