About the Role
Were recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG brand that is expanding its commercial team. They are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales activity and help strengthen customer relationships.
This role suits someone who is confident in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks and wants to build their commercial career within a major consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Manage customer orders, documentation and follow-up activity
Maintain accurate records, sales reports and CRM updates
Assist with preparing presentations, sales materials and meeting packs
Liaise with internal teams including marketing, operations and finance
Build positive relationships with customers and partners
Handle incoming enquiries and ensure timely responses
Skills and Experience
Experience in a sales support or coordinator role is preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Confident engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Ability to attend external company events, client meetings, campaigns and other activities
Willingness to carry out field-based duties when required
Location
London, with a mix of office work and field-based activity including meetings, events and campaign work.
