We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our vibrant and dynamic People team. You will be working closely with another HR Administrator whilst reporting to the people services manager and will become part of a shortlisted IiP People team who have the ambition and enthusiasm to challenge the status quo and make changes to ensure we deliver excellent service. We have a lot to do and are looking for someone who shares our passion but has their own ideas and is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
As the HR Administrator, your role will involve dealing with a range of employee relations and change activities which include supporting the HR team by ensuring that all contractual changes are logged and letters issued in a timely manner. Monitoring the HR Inbox and incoming emails, responding or redirecting as necessary. Co-ordinating new starters to include issuing of provisional offer letter, contract, new starter details, carry out right to work checks, collect reference requests and ensure that the correct paperwork is received to complete the DBS checking process.
Hours of Work: Up to 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours 9am to 5pm however with flexibility. (Part time will be considered for this position)
Location: Hybrid minimum 1 day per week office based at our Stevenage office with occasional travel to Birmingham and other offices.

Salary: Full time Starting Salary £24,242.40 per annum dependent on experience.
HR Advisor Requirements: .
You should be highly organised and able to maintain confidentiality.
Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office suite.
A mix of commercial and charity or public sector experience.
Excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach.
CIPD Level 3 or enrolled and working towards achieving this level would be desirable.
