Project value: £17 million Current phase: Phase C – 11 months remaining Future pipeline: Two additional phases lined up Team on site: 8 permanent staff (4 electricians, 4 plumbers) – award-winning and highly experienced, all permanent staff Systems: All new installations including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) This is a self-delivering site. We’re looking for a proactive Site Manager who can identify and resolve issues before they arise, and adapt plans efficiently while maintaining progress.
