A respected national housebuilder is recruiting an enthusiastic Sales Executive for one of their successful developments in the West Midlands area.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales professional who's passionate about property and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Take ownership of your development and manage all aspects of the sales process.
* Guide customers from first enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey.
* Build lasting relationships with purchasers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
* Conduct home tours, handovers, and follow-up visits.
* Maintain accurate records, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
Ideal background:
* New Homes or residential sales experience preferred, but not essential.
* Strong customer service and sales ability with a proactive approach.
* Self-motivated, organised, and driven to achieve results.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
