About the Project
An exciting opportunity to join a residential new build development comprising 75 high-spec 2 and 3-bedroom terrace houses and 72 apartments. The house plots are already sold off-plan, ensuring a steady build programme without sales dependencies.
The infrastructure is well underway with roads constructed, perimeter hoarding in place, and the first block of 15 houses due to be handed back to oversite by the end of this month.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will lead on the delivery of the 75-house scheme, ensuring build quality, health and safety, and programme targets are achieved. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills across subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the project in line with the build programme and business targets
Maintain site safety to the highest standards in accordance with company and legal requirements
Liaise with NHBC, safety inspectors, and internal technical teams
Coordinate daily activities of site operatives, subcontractors, and site support staff
Ensure timely handover of plots in line with quality and compliance standards
Maintain accurate site records and report to the Contracts/Construction Manager
Uphold company values and ensure customer satisfaction remains central to delivery What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as Site Manager on volume residential schemes
Strong understanding of NHBC/building control compliance
Able to manage complex build sequences and subcontractor interfaces
Excellent communication and organisational skills
SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Appreciation and Temporary Works certification
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Confident working under your own initiative and in partnership with wider teams Contract Terms
