Job Description

Hunter Adams are partnering with our client to appoint an Interim HR Manager (Inside IR35) who will lead the People Agenda and support the delivery of the organisational strategy.

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting the site management team while contributing to the wider Group HR function.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement a site HR strategy to support the management team to deliver on its business objectives.
* Provide a HR service to drive a best in class employee experience across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, engagement, development, reward and recognition.
* Implement Group policies and procedures in line with best practice.
* Act as a champion for Enhancing Performance at site, working alongside the management team to embed high performance and talent development as a way of working.
* Manage the training function to ensure that all training and development needs are being met with tailored training plans to enhance the workforce’s capabilities, skills and performance.
* Act as an integral part of the Group HR team, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of people initiatives.
* Support the site management team on strategic workforce planning; understanding current risks and opportunities, future skills requirement, identifying gaps and designing solutions to deliver on organizational goals.
* Coach and develop the site management team to enhance their people management skills, driving productivity, engagement and inclusivity.
* Manage the site HR team to promote a best in class HR service, and facilitate development and progression within the function.

Qualifications & Experience

* Experience partnering with site or operational management teams to support delivery of business objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development and retention.
* Experience coaching or supporting managers in developing their people management capability.
* Experience supporting or working within an HR team environment to deliver HR services across a site or business unit.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with employees and management teams.
* Ability to contribute to initiatives that promote an inclusive, respectful and positive workplace culture.

Additional Information:

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3 Months +
