Behaviour & Learning Mentor A welcoming secondary school in South East London is looking for someone to work closely with pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and staying engaged in lessons. You’ll be part coach, part role model and part problem-solver. Your role will include: Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups Helping them manage routines and stay focused Working with pastoral and SEND teams Celebrating the small wins that often make the biggest difference What we’re looking for: Experience with young people, either in schools or youth work Someone resilient, warm, and consistent A genuine belief that every pupil can make progress If you love helping students find their spark again, this is a great place to do it.
