About the role – Learning mentor I am working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking for a Learning Mentor to join them in September 2025. As a Learning mentor, you will be required to support the classroom teacher with the classroom duties, provide one to one support with students and small group intervention in the build up to the examination period. The successful Learning mentor must have a positive and confident approach with strong subject knowledge with a personality that will inspire students, encouraging them to achieve their highest potential.
