Tech Lead - Award Winning Creative Agency
Perm: £80,000-£90,000
Hybrid: 3 days per week to the London Office
We're working with an award-winning digital experience studio that sits at the heart of a leading creative partnership. This team designs, builds, and evolves digital products and services used by millions - spanning high-traffic platforms, innovative product builds, and emerging AI-driven experiences.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you'll balance architecture, delivery, and people leadership. You'll work across multiple concurrent projects, from large site builds and micro-sites to experimental AI initiatives and commercially released products.
You'll lead multidisciplinary developers, working closely with design, UX, product, strategy, and delivery teams - and you'll be a visible technical voice with both internal stakeholders and clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Owning technical discovery and defining architecture across web, product, app, and AI-enabled platforms
2. Hands-on where needed - reviewing PRs, guiding implementation, and supporting problem-solving
3. Overseeing hosting and infrastructure within Azure
4. Championing quality, performance and test automation, including end-to-end testing with Playwright
