Site Manager
Morrison Highland is looking to recruit two Site Managers, ideally you will be based in or around the Inverness area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.
What you will be doing:
* Direct the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.
* Monitor that the Buying team and Surveying department order the correct materials and sub‑contract services in good time to meet contract obligations.
* Manage Site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.
* Ensure that staff and operatives are managed and led effectively by developing the skills and attitudes of managers, resulting in a working environment that engenders high morale.
About You:
* Experience of working within the Construction industry.
* Positive contribution to behavioural safety initiatives.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Present a clean and tidy site and have a good knowledge of the Considerate Contractor's requirements to achieve high scores.
