We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction team based in Blackburn. The successful candidate will initially work as a No.2 alongside a Senior Site Manager on a large warehouse new build project, with the opportunity to take the lead on future sites. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or an ambitious No.2 looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
*
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment, and material deliveries
*
Monitor and manage site health & safety in line with regulations
*
Lead and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
*
Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders
*
Manage compliance, documentation, and reporting
*
Monitor project progress and resolve any site issues promptly
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Organised, proactive and solution-focused
*
Previous experience managing steel frame builds, cladding, groundworks, and externals
*
Solid understanding of construction processes and project management
*
Based within reasonable commuting distance of Blackburn/Burnley/St Helens

Working Hours & Benefits:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
*
Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
*
23 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
