What are we looking for in this position?
* Collaborating with business leaders, key stakeholders, and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
* Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders for efficient project implementation and delivery.
* Liaison with Pre-construction, design and technical teams to facilitate the efficient and timeous delivery of the project within agreed metrics
* Identifying and assessing project risks in all areas, maintain risk registers together with elimination and mitigation strategies
* Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
* Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery. Compiling and submitting regular and ad hoc project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
* Follow change control processes and facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
* Lead post-project evaluation and identifying lessons learnt and continuous improvement strategies
What will we need you to have?
* Site-Based in the Rugby Area.
* Strong leadership, positive and pro-active approach
* Smart interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in the Modular Construction or Healthcare Construction Market
* Must have a CSCS card and relevant Construction Site Certifications
* Must have experience in managing a construction site project, with proven experience to deliver to budget and time constraints
