We’re now looking for an experienced Principal Recruiter to join our Technology Team, someone who knows the buy-side space and can bring their expertise to a desk with warm client relationships, high-value mandates, and industry-leading rewards.

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering on live mandates for top-tier buy-side clients.
* Building and maintaining networks of senior technologists across hedge funds, asset managers, and prop trading firms.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and talent intelligence.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure best-in-class delivery and sharing knowledge to strengthen the team.
* Supporting the continued growth of the Technology practice and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.

* Proven track record recruiting technology professionals into the buy-side (hedge funds, asset managers, prop trading, or similar).
* Strong delivery capability with the ability to manage complex searches and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of the buy-side technology landscape.
