We are currently looking for an Up-and-Coming HR Administrator to join a large Finance firm based in the City. This role will offer hybrid working after probation and is paying £30-£32k depending on experience. It will suit an Administrator who has at least 1-2 years of experience.
The role
1. Screen applications to ensure they meet the minimum entry criteria.
2. Administer online assessments to candidates.
3. Ensure interview documentation is prepared.
4. Check that all interview feedback is received.
5. Draft offer documentation and contracts.
6. Manage the Trainee Recruitment inbox.
7. Ensure all Early Careers opportunities are advertised.
