Customer Service Manager\n\nBirmingham (Office-based, Full-time)\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)\n\nWe’re looking for an inspiring Customer Service Manager to lead a fast-paced contact centre in Birmingham. You’ll manage a team of Team Managers looking after a dynamic call centre, driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and building a positive, high-energy culture.\n\nThe Role\nYou’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, keep performance on track, and be the go-to person for escalations.
