This is a fast paced and varied role where you will be responsible for sourcing, quoting, and securing business to provide customers with fast, competitive responses to meet their technical requirements. Key Responsibilities will include: • Respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing quick, accurate, and competitive quotations. • Source traded parts and solutions from our client’s supplier and distributor network. • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, suppliers, and trading partners. • Follow up on quotations to secure orders, negotiating terms where required. • Liaise closely with the engineering and external sales teams to ensure technical solutions align with customer requirements. • Provide regular feedback to the sales and procurement teams regarding market trends, pricing, and product availability. • Update and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. • Support continuous improvement of processes to ensure the highest standards of customer service. • Assist in onboarding new suppliers where necessary to expand trading capability.
