Get to Know This Role
The Line Cook I is part of the kitchen team, working closely with other back-of-house staff to prepare, cook, and expedite food for onsite guests, delivery, and to-go orders. Responsibilities include following recipes, plating guides, SOPs, and ensuring food quality and safety standards. The role requires operating grills, fryers, broilers, and other equipment, developing operational knowledge, and working varied shifts.

What You Will Do
* Prepare all foods according to standardized recipes approved by supervisors
* Follow opening and closing SOPs
* Maintain proper food quantities and communicate adjustments
* Ensure equipment and work areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
* Organize and rotate stock to ensure quality and freshness
* Participate in training and updates
* Manage shipments according to FIFO and safety standards
* Perform additional duties as assigned
* Comply with all health and safety laws and regulations
Apply If You Have
* Minimum 6 months experience in a commercial or banquet kitchen, or equivalent education/experience
* Dependable attendance
* Ability to handle multiple activities and deliver quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow recipes and perform basic math
* Beginner knife skills and understanding of sanitation practices
* Basic computer skills
* ServSafe Food Handler certification within 30 days
