We are actively seeking a Sales Consultant for the international division of our client's organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving targets and driving business growth.
The offices are based in Potters Bar. You should be confident, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
Your daily responsibilities will include engaging with customers interested in our services, guiding them through the process, and providing personalized support and product recommendations via phone and email. You will follow up on quotations to effectively close sales.
You will be expected to meet KPIs and track customer interactions using the CRM system. Work may include weekends, depending on demand. You will attend monthly sales meetings to report on personal sales, update the CRM system, and ensure all paperwork and instructions are completed accurately. Maintaining and enhancing the customer experience is a key focus.
In return, the company offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, free onsite parking, two paid volunteering days, death in service benefits, and more.
The role involves working 40 hours per week.
