Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven junior lawyer to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded employment practice. The team provides employment law advice to multinational companies with UK operations, particularly US businesses and their advisers.
They advise multinational employers on the full range of HR and employment law issues, including drafting employment contracts and handbooks, internal investigations, employee terminations and litigation, restrictive covenants, workforce restructurings, and business transfers.
Experience required:
\t
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
\t
* 2–4 years’ PQE within a leading employment team.
\t
* Partnership experience desirable.
\t
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice
\t
* Excellent communication skills
\t
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
\t
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic
