This exciting role will oversee and drive the HR output for the new opening hotel with the intention to grow and oversee another hotel within a close proximity.

As the HR Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role, overseeing HR performance across one hotel initially, with the intention to oversee multiple hotels after successful opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield. Collaboration will be your cornerstone, working closely with General Managers and the Group HR Manager. We are seeking an individual who embodies strategic foresight, fostering a culture that resonates with our organisation's objectives. Adaptability is key, seamlessly transitioning between recruitment, training, and strategic initiatives. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving will be your allies in this multifaceted journey. Day in the life of:
As the Human Resources Manager you hold responsibility for the HR
performance throughout the hotels within your cluster. You will report directly to the Group HR Manager and will have strong working
relationships with each hotel’s General Manager.
Your day will be varied, and you
will operate as a true HR generalist. For example, you may be interviewing a
fantastic Restaurant Manager in the morning, coordinating training midday, and
working on an engagement project in the afternoon. So, with many different
priorities, you will need to be a highly organised, structured and action
driven individual who is able to communicate well and effectively manage
expectations.
