Our partner is looking to recruit Sales Executives to continue the growth of the business.
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new opportunities, scheduling appointments, and gathering information from both new and existing CRM data to support the sales process.
The role of Sales Executive:
* Maintain professional interactions with other internal departments
* Build new business relationships with prospective clients through exceptional customer service
* Understand customer needs to deliver a tailored service
* Meet company productivity and sales KPIs
* Comply with FCA Conduct Rules and responsibilities associated with the sales function
* Demonstrate a positive, professional, and proactive attitude
What are we looking for?
* Strong self-motivation and a clear drive for success
* Capable of working independently with a proactive approach
* Skilled in negotiation and decision-making influence
* Proficient in computer usage
* Enthusiastic for learning
* 1-2 years sales experience
* Experience in financial services is desirable
