Supply Chain Quality Manager

6-month Contract (3 days a week onsite)
£34.78 per hour umbrella
ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Quality Manager to join a global leader in aerospace innovation.
Requirement -
1. Manage relevant stakeholders in respect to their supplier, both internally (Programme line project team, technical authorities, engineering, Product Assurance, Supply Chain, ?) and externally
2. Manage and perform some of the product assurance aspects with the supplier in relation with the Product assurance team
3. Protect production through correcting, improving and developing suppliers delivery and quality performance, including related follow up of action plans
4. Manage corrective action plans to avoid re-occurrences and therefore reduce the number of deviations and concessions
5. Monitor, control and drive progress, Identify and Mitigate risks and opportunities, communicate status and plans, escalate where relevant
The Role -
6. Background in Procurement, Quality, Programmes/Projects, Production/AIT, or Engineering
7. Knowledge of Space Systems and processes around satellite equipment development / production are a plus
8. Capacity to work both in teams and autonomously
9. Strong negotiation and communication skills
