We are seeking an experienced and dynamicCatering Managerto join our team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality while leading a dedicated team. The Catering Manager will play a crucial role in planning and executing events, managing resources effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all catering activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen and service areas.
* Lead, train, and motivate the catering team to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational excellence.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions for events.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all details are executed according to client specifications.
* Monitor financial performance of catering operations, implementing cost control measures where necessary.
