Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead the Shipping Customer Service Teams in delivering exceptional service across the organisation. Main responsibilities: * Oversee customer queries, shipping updates and service feedback handling * Lead operational and continuous improvement performance and initiatives * Working within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience * Create policies, procedures & training material * Managing and developing a team of shipping and logistics customer service staff members Requirements: * Previous experience in a Customer Services Management role, ideally from a similar sector (Logistics, shipping etc) * Experience managing and developing customer service teams * Excellent relationship building experience Please note this a a site based role Our clients offers a great benefits package, which includes a year end bonus and discounts on various products
