£25,000 Basic plus Uncapped commision - TOP EARNERS £2K+ per month

What You'll Be Doing:
Speaking to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat
Advising customers on tailored car finance options
Managing the sales journey from first contact to deal completion
Verifying documents and handling sensitive information
Working with dealers and internal teams to get the deal done
Hitting KPIs and crushing targets in a structured, supportive settingWhat You'll Need:
Experience in sales or customer service (phone-based preferred)
A natural communicator who loves the thrill of a deal
Goal-driven, competitive and loves working towards targets
Resilient, organised, and confident handling objections
