What you’ll do
As a Client Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in retaining and growing Vodafone Business’ customer base. Managing a portfolio of around 120 SME accounts, you will combine strong account management with a commercial focus to identify and convert new revenue opportunities within your existing customer base.
You will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, building trusted relationships that support customer retention, satisfaction and long‑term growth. Working across a broad range of business customers, you will respond to queries efficiently while proactively identifying opportunities to add value through cross‑sell and upsell solutions.
Using VodafoneThree’s leading Business portfolio, including Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications and IoT, you will help customers find the right solutions for their business needs. You will use a consultative, solution‑led approach to differentiate VodafoneThree from the competition, driving revenue, margin and retention across both mobile and converged opportunities.
Every interaction will require sound commercial judgement, ensuring the needs of both the customer and VodafoneThree are met. You will also play an important part in improving customer experience and driving NPS through consistent, end‑to‑end service excellence.
