HR Manager (Care and Support)
Birmingham
£45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
We are seeking a proactive and values-driven HR Manager to lead and enhance our clients people function within a dynamic, growing, care and support organisation.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 or 7 Qualification coupled with strong HR expertise with a deep understanding of the complexities within CQC-regulated environments, including care, support and safeguarding needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full management of the HR function
* Lead on policy development, employee relations, and workforce planning
* Ensure HR processes adhere to CQC requirements and standards
* Drive the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, retention, with a focus on compliance, engagement, and wellbeing
* Advise leadership on HR strategies aligned with organisational growth and regulatory frameworks
* Maintain and improve safeguarding policies and ensure best practice
The ideal Candidate:
* Will have proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within a CQC-regulated care, support or education setting
* Strong working knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures
* CIPD-qualified or equivalent
* Confident communicator with the ability to coach, support, and influence stakeholders
* Passionate about creating an inclusive and safe working environment
