Nissan, Altrincham Our welcoming Nissan dealership in Altrincham is looking to grow our diverse team of Sales Executives. This role is perfect for sales professionals from various industries who are passionate about building meaningful customer relationships. We offer a competitive basic salary of £22,500 p.a., with an uncapped bonus scheme that enables our successful team members to achieve realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a.
The Ideal Candidate We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds who possess:
• Sales experience in any customer-focused industry (retail, hospitality, real estate, insurance, telecommunications, or similar)
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Enthusiasm for achieving goals and supporting team success • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based selling
• Background in industries involving significant customer investment decisions
• Experience working in target-driven environments
• Interest in automotive products (full training provided)

Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on creating exceptional customer experiences through our comprehensive sales approach. You'll work collaboratively with customers to understand their unique needs and guide them through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your key responsibilities include:
• Building strong relationships with customers and supporting them throughout their buying experience
• Contributing to the dealership's success while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
• Following our proven sales processes and managing customer enquiries effectively
• Guiding customers from their initial visit through to completing their purchase
• Connecting authentically with customers whether they visit our showroom, call, or engage online
• Listening carefully to understand customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Working as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals
