Freelance Site Manager - Hotel Refurbishment Project PSR is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected main contractor, currently seeking a skilled freelance Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile hotel refurbishment project. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Site Manager with a strong track record in overseeing hotel / high rise residential refurbishments. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of daily site operations, with a focus on maintaining clear communication with the client and project team Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress in line with programme requirements Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high site standards throughout Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover to ensure quality and client satisfaction Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, internal and external Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications Proven experience managing refurbishment works on live sites Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-regarded contractor, delivering a quality refurbishment scheme in the hospitality sector
