An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its on-site quality function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-invested operation with a strong reputation for quality and continuous improvement.
?? The Role
As Quality Manager, you will take full responsibility for maintaining and improving the site's Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving a culture of quality across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Ensuring compliance with BRC and ISO 9001 standards
* Leading audits (internal and external) and customer requirements
* Driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
* Managing and developing a Quality Coordinator
* Working cross-functionally with production and senior leadership teams
? The Candidate
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role
* Minimum 2 years' management experience
* Strong working knowledge of BRC and ISO 9001
* Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Confident xsngvjr leading audits and improving quality systems
* Strong leadership and communication skills
