Overview
We are working with a regional roofing contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. They are looking for a site manager to oversee planned works on social housing contracts across the Knowsley area.
Responsibilities
* Manage the on-site team of direct employed and subcontractors
* Carry out risk assessments and ensure the highest levels of health and safety
* Maintain relationships with residents and clients
* Provide progress updates in line with KPI's
Qualifications
* Hold SMSTS and a full clean driver's licence
* Experience with social housing roofing contracts
* Labour management
* Excellent client communication
