Responsibilities
* Ensure construction proceeds efficiently, in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications, quality and budget.
* Take on site engineering responsibilities.
* Contribute to the Exceptional Customer Experience Plan (ECEP).
* Assist with developing plans and measures for a safe working environment.

Requirements
* Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
* SCQF Level 10 education with knowledge of construction and the built environment – ideally an engineering background.
* Experience or willingness to work towards professional chartership and a solid understanding of construction practices and technology.
* A passion for delivering high‑quality projects that shape the places where people live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
* Strong communication, organisational and team‑coordination skills.
