Key Responsibilities:
Your roles will differ slightly in each rotation, but some fundamental responsibilities will be consistent:
* To represent the company in line with our brand values, always providing excellent customer service
* To maintain all systems accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct
* To achieve your targets and KPI’s provided by your Departmental Manager
* To keep up to date with your apprenticeship course work, ensuring all projects are completed on time
* To utilise the 20% of your working week allocated to college work in an appropriate manner
* Carry out day-to-day transactional administrative tasks, managing admin processes through the full employment lifecycle from new starters through to exit
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues & key stakeholders at all levels
* Responding to ad-hoc requests for information and support from our colleagues
* Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and respect aligned to the Group’s behaviours
* Communicate effectively with all employees at all levels
Key Experience Required:
* Work experience dealing with customers and communicating in a busy environment is preferred
* A confident communicator, comfortable speaking on the phone in a professional manner
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple activities at any given time
* A hard worker who is punctual and willing to work hard to succeed
* 9-4 in 5 x GCSE (or equivalents) in subjects including English & maths

* Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
* You receive 20% off the job training during this apprenticeship, which is included in your weekly working hours
