Role Responsibilities
* Driving sales for your centre by creating and implementing robust sales and outreach activity engaging with different groups
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners
* Proactively source and convert new business opportunities
* Work closely with the centre operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
* Represent the brand at local events to build brand presence
* Provide regular reports and insight to management
* Data collection and promotional work (e.g., leafleting)
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience (ideally in the hospitality/leisure industry)
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Professional and confident in approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Fresh ideas to drive sales
* Team player with collaborative mindset
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or schedules
* Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service excellence
* Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
* Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
