In this role, you’ll work closely with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships within a nurturing environment. We’re looking for individuals who:
Bring a caring, patient and resilient approach
Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
Are passionate about supporting learners with additional needs
