Summary:
We are seeking an Automation SME/Lead to join our dynamic team across all Secure accounts in the UKI. We are looking for a continuous innovator who is comfortable challenging the status quo. The candidate should prioritize impactful initiatives that enable technical teams to work with foresight. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and enable client innovation. The candidate should be excited to embark on the Ops to IOPS to AIOPS journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of execution, excellent stakeholder management, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Execution: Collaborate with account and technology teams to create, prioritize, and implement automation strategies.
2. Execution and Delivery: Drive the execution of automation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
3. Roadmap and Maturity: Promote continuous improvement through roadmaps and feedback loops.
4. Value and Impact: Measure and trace the impact of automation initiatives, linking to business growth.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
6. New Business Impact: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in new business situations, leveraging automation to drive innovation and growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. SC Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3. Experience with infrastructure and cloud platforms and services.
4. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
5. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
6. Strong technical skills in cross-functional automation and solid understanding of AIOPS.
7. Excellent communication skills to engage with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
8. Proven leadership and influence skills, fostering collaboration.
9. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion with speed and precision.
10. Growth mindset focused on learning, innovation, and enabling customer growth through automation.
11. Team player with the ability to foster engagement and collaboration.
12. Experience managing automation projects at large organizational scales.
13. Proven track record of challenging the status quo and implementing change.
