We’re hiring a Power Platform Developer to help automate manual processes and build intelligent solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools.
This role focuses on identifying inefficient workflows and replacing them with automated processes, applications, and AI-powered agents. You’ll be working across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics, while also helping implement emerging capabilities such as Copilot and AI-driven automation.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to design solutions that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and unlock better use of data.
What you'll be doing:
* Developing applications using Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven)
* Designing and building automation workflows using Power Automate
* Automating manual business processes across different teams
* Supporting integrations and customisations within Microsoft Dynamics
* Building AI-powered agents and Copilot-enabled workflows
* Working with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
* Improving existing solutions and introducing new automation capabilities
What we're looking for:
* Commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
* Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
* Interest in automation, AI tools, and intelligent workflows
* Ability to analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
