Role overview
We're looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time HR Administrator to complement our small, dynamic People Team, providing general HR support across various functions. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a CIPD Qualification with some HR experience, be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling confidential information professionally. This is a flexible, part-time position based at our modern Head Office in Marlow, offering a 24-hour work pattern across the week.
Key responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing employee offboarding procedures (processing resignation acceptances, payroll reporting, leaver file archiving, workflow management).
* Processing contractual amendments for employees changing roles, ensuring timely management and payroll processing.
* Supporting the collation of payroll documents (starters, leavers, amendments) monthly and submitting them to the payroll department.
* Supporting exit interviews when required.
* Scheduling and managing monthly inductions and training events at our internal training academy. Supporting management of the company's e-learning platforms.
* Controlling personnel administration and data within a secure system, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
* Supporting onboarding processes in the absence of other People team members.
* Maintaining and administering the HR system (ADP), providing support to colleagues as needed.
* Responding to HR queries via our shared HR services inbox.
* Supporting wider group projects such as the Personal Development Review process, engagement surveys, and Apprentice Scheme coordination.
* Contributing to the delivery of the People Team's agenda.
