Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and expand our client base within the South. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation across the logistics and industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in the HGV/logistics sector.
Sell recruitment services (temporary, contract, and permanent placements).
Conduct B2B outbound sales via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand client needs and offer consultative recruitment solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with client and sales.
About you.
Experience in B2B sales (ideally in recruitment or logistics would be preferable but not essential).
Experience in the recruitment or sales industry is highly desirable.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
UK driving license (for client visits) preferred.
