The role
Site Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation (HVDC Project) Contract / Freelance Scope Lead all E&I installation activities, including HV equipment, cabling, and systems integration on an HVDC project site. Key Responsibilities Manage E&I installation works, including HV cables, equipment, and auxiliaries Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to method statements Coordinate closely with civil, commissioning, and engineering teams Ensure installation readiness for testing and commissioning Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on site Enforce HSE compliance across all E&I activities Requirements Strong experience as Site Manager or Lead Supervisor in E&I scope Background in HV/MV systems, substations, or HVDC projects preferred Experience managing cable installation, termination, and system interfaces Familiar with commissioning handover requirements Proven ability to drive delivery in fast-paced project environments Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
