Job Vacancy: Learning Mentor Location: Lambeth, London Contract Type: Full-Time, 37 hours per week | Term-Time Only The Role As a Learning Mentor, you will play an integral part in helping to remove barriers to learning and support students with autism to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with the teaching team to provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring that every student receives the tailored help they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Student-Focused Work: Provide individual and small group support to students under the direction of the team leader. Serve as a key worker for up to six named pupils, taking responsibility for their learning and development. Support students across various settings to help them participate fully in activities. Assist with the development and monitoring of Individual Education Programmes (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
