To ensure our residents receive the very best person-centred care, we focus on recruiting and retaining caring, committed and responsive staff. In this senior leadership role, you'll shape a people strategy rooted in our values of Connection, Compassion and Commitment. You'll lead HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and culture, ensuring colleagues feel valued, heard and empowered to deliver outstanding care.
